See the highly productive VC-500A/5X AM HWD Multi-Tasking machine with 5-axis milling capabilities, which also incorporates HOT WIRE additive manufacturing developed collaboratively with Lincoln Electric, a designer/developer/manufacturer of arc welding technologies. This additive technology can combine dissimilar metals as it generates exceptionally precise sealing coatings and near-net shape part features.
Also in our West Hall booth, watch the INTEGREX i-400 AM Multi-Tasking machine combine additive and subtractive technologies, using its laser metal deposition capability to generate near-net shape component features and then finish them with high-precision machining.

On display in the South Hall booth, the Multi-Pallet Pool (MPP) and PALLETECH systems will expand your part-processing versatility as well as your productivity and open the door to unmanned lights-out production. You’ll see the PALLETECH system and our SMOOTH PMC cell-control software working together with a Mazak HCN-6800 Horizontal Machining Center and watch the space-saving MPP System load and unload a Mazak VARIAXIS i-700 Vertical Machining Center.
