The INTEGREX AG Series combines our most advanced Multi-Tasking technology with SMOOTH TECHNOLOGY gear cutting and measurement software to create cost-effective turnkey solutions for a variety of sectors, including the aerospace, construction, agriculture, energy and automotive industries. Available in a wide range of INTEGREX configurations, the SMOOTH Gear Cutting software package includes SMOOTH Gear Skiving, SMOOTH Gear Hobbing and SMOOTH Gear Milling for producing external and internal spur, helical and spline-type gears. Optional SMOOTH Gear Check Plus adds in-machine measuring for further process optimization.
